These terms cover club owners and admins who use ClubReach to grow their clubs.

Play money only

ClubReach is only for clubs that play with play money. You may not use it to promote or organize real-money gambling, take deposits or pay withdrawals, or offer prizes with cash value, including through third parties.

Adults only

Clubs are for people 18 and older. Don’t invite or knowingly accept anyone younger.

Messaging

• Only contact people who have contacted your club first: members who started your bot, or people who commented on your eligible Instagram content or messaged your Instagram account.
• Follow the rules of Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and ClubGG. Don’t use ClubReach to send spam.
• You’re responsible for what your bot, Instagram account, and announcements say, and for holding any platform approval required for your use. A play-money disclaimer does not itself establish platform permission.

Independence

ClubReach and the clubs that use it are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ClubGG, Telegram, or Meta.

Billing

New clubs start with a free trial. After it, a subscription keeps the club’s tools running; without one, the club is paused until it resumes. You can cancel at any time from the billing page.

Ending

We may suspend clubs that break these terms. You can stop using ClubReach at any time.
